Terms of service - for commissions

Right to Refuse Service
1. Projects may be declined at the discretion of the service provider.Payment Method
2. 50% of the total cost must be made prior to the beginning of a project and the other 50% before the final piece is sent. All payments are made via PayPal.Client rights to artwork
3. All rights required by the client must be clearly stated. Clients are not allowed to resell rights to artwork unless negotiated otherwise.Project Updates
4. Updates will be provided to the client at least once a weekProject Deadline
5. Clients are expected to provide a clear and reasonable deadline.Artists rights
6. Unless negotiated otherwise by the client, the artist reserves the right to display and promote all work.
7. The client cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork.Commercial
8. Commercial projects are subject to additional terms and a contract.Cancellations
9. If the artist is unable to complete the artwork, the full cost will be refunded.
10. If the client cancels mid project, there may be a partial refund based on the stage of the project.Services not available
